"Havfruen", 'the mermaid' is for rent for shorter or longer periods throughout the year. The old summerhouse, which is full af atmosphere has a history that goes back to 1885 and is situated in one of the most beautiful natural areas on the Limfjord island of Fur in Denmark. The island boasts of an extraodinary wild and plant life and the house has an uninterupted view out to the fjord across one of Denmark's protected fens.
Here you can watch wild deer, from the comfort of your sitting room!
The house stands on an undisturbed 2,500m² natural plot of land, with several terraces, a garden and a 'forest'. The house has 137m² living area on two floors with beds for a minimum of 6 persons. "Havfruen" is fully renovated and was equipped in 1998 with brand new kitchen and bathroom facilities.
